The property takes smart living to the next level. Guests can easily control the inside temperature, inside and outside lighting, alarm system, music system and shutters on a tablet while relaxing on a sunbed on the lavish poolside area.

The main house consists of two levels. On the ground floor a spacious living area, a kitchenette, an office and two en-suite bedrooms can be found. The first floor, which is also the entrance and the pool area, opens up to a modern living area with a fireplace, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a guest bathroom and two en-suite bedrooms. This is the area where you want to enjoy a warm summer night overlooking the sea.

The guest house is build on two levels too. On the ground level a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a guest bathroom are situated. On the first level two en-suite bedrooms and one staff room with bath can be found.

The stunning estate has extensive landscaped grounds with a verdant garden which creates a very serene and calm atmosphere. Guests will not notice how time passes while relaxing in the blooming garden, admiring the incredible sea views from the numerous outdoor lounge areas or soaking up the Mediterranean sun by the infinity pool.

Guests can customize their vacation and treat themselves with a grand private dinner prepared for them exclusively by our gourmet chef. Or let themselves be pampered with a massage or beauty treatments. For the more active guests we can arrange for a personal trainer or a skilled yoga teacher to visit the estate.
