The main level opens to an open plan living room and dining area with furnishings for 14 guests, a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, a twin bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The windows open to the infinity pool with loungers, the shaded dining area with barbeque and a shaded sitting area, while on the other part of the veranda another lounging space and dining area offer majestic sea views.
The top level features a master en-suite bedroom with a vast, private veranda with sofa, walk-in closet and a study room with a small library.
The lower, ground level, hosts two twin en-suite bedrooms and one double en-suite, a wine cellar and a storage area. Outside the large yard of the property is equipped with tables and armchairs as well as well-manicured olive trees.
