The villa is the synonym of understated opulence and welcoming minimalism. Two storeys of minimal feel, design elements and elegant details offer ample spaces for 10 guests in the soothing embrace of nature. The top level of the villa features all interior and exterior common living spaces surrounded by patios of olive and cypress trees. A voluminous double height living room with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and sophisticated mood welcomes guests in a breathtaking canvas of uninterrupted views to the Ionian. Two separate sitting spaces, a large dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen are all found in this open-plan part of the house. A mezzanine turned into a playroom and a gym that enjoys stunning panoramic views complete the living areas of this floor. Two double en-suite bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with super king size bed, both sharing the same aesthetics of the rest of the house, are on the top floor.
The ground level hosts 3 double en-suite bedrooms, two with super king size bed and one with king size bed and extra sofa bed upon request, that open to the beautiful gardens of the house.
The exterior of the house is encircled by outside terraces and patios in a well-manicured plot of indigenous trees and plants. The main terrace of the top level is the ultimate summer living: a large V-shaped swimming pool surrounded by cushioned sun loungers and umbrellas call for endless basking in the sun while gazing at the green-and-blue canvas across. A dining area with barbeque is found at the background while multiple lounging and sitting areas are scattered throughout the terraces.
Right at the foot of the villa, guests will enjoy the untouched beauty of the island in a private beach with a stone paved deck, poof armchairs and a small dock. The villa also features an outdoor table tennis and several watersports amenities, like wakeboard, kayaks, paddle boards, kneeboards and many more!
