A voluminous double height living room with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and sophisticated mood welcomes guests in a breathtaking canvas of uninterrupted views to the Ionian. Two separate sitting spaces, a large dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen are all found in this open-plan part of the house. A mezzanine turned into a playroom and a gym that enjoys stunning panoramic views complete the living areas of this floor. Two double en-suite bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with super king size bed, both sharing the same aesthetics of the rest of the house, are on the top floor.

The exterior of the house is encircled by outside terraces and patios in a well-manicured plot of indigenous trees and plants.
