As soon as you approach the villa, you will see a vast terrace with the pool and outdoor living areas as well as the main building, separated in two: on one side there is the modern, fully equipped kitchen and, on the other, a lush living room with top-quality furnishing and elegant style. The two volumes are connected through a wide pergola with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

From the living room and kitchen areas, you can access the pool terrace with the infinity pool in L shape, also featuring a shallow, chill-out section that goes in parallel with the terrace. Sunloungers, a hammock, a large sunbed and several sitting areas adorn the sunkissed terrace of the villa, all in natural hues and quality materials.

Right amidst the exterior space, a few steps of an open-air staircase guide you to the lower part of the villa, the ground level. There you will find two master double suites with an en-suite bathroom each and two smaller junior en-suite bedrooms. This part opens to a beautiful deck and the villa’s vast lawn garden.
