The ground level hosts a sizable living room and a country-styled, fully equipped kitchen, both opening to the beautiful pool terrace and gardens. A master bedroom of stylish, ample spaces with walk-in closet, large bathroom and a private balcony is majestically situated on the upper floor while two more double en-suite bedrooms are found on the lower level. For the guests’ privacy, apart from the guesthouse, the villa offers a separate wing on its left part with two double bedrooms, each with its own separate bathroom, a second kitchen and a large outdoor veranda with lounging furnishings.

Outside, everything has been organized to offer a fully functional outdoor living experience. The rectangular infinity pool, dotted with sun loungers and lounging beds, serves as the axes on which the villa has been plotted. A comfy, spacious sitting area with built-in sofa is found at one side of the pool and right next to the pergola shaded dining and lounging area that offers access to the villa’s living room. In parallel with the swimming pool, a shaded pool bar enjoys unobstructed views to the pool and the Aegean Sea promising the most exciting cocktail nights.
