The main building comprises three floors drenched in laid-back luxury; the ground floor features a wide open-plan space with an ample and luminous sitting area, a dining area, and a modern, fully equipped guest kitchen. Right behind the kitchen, there is an additional, professional one, used by the villa’s head chef and team that will prepare your daily breakfast (and additional meals at an extra cost). An independent guest house with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and private terrace with immaculate sea and sunset views are also found here. The top level houses the property’s sublime master en-suite bedroom with large spaces, a private terrace, and breathtaking sea and sunset views as well as direct views of the neighbouring Dilos & Rhenia islands.

Four double en-suite bedrooms and an independent guest bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to a terrace with majestic sea views are found on the lower level. This part of the house is the place where most of its pampering facilities are located: an indoor cinema room, a massage room, a steam hammam, a bathroom with hydromassage and a gym, as well as a mini bar, which awaits guests for endless invigoration. For additional guests, the villa also hosts a detached studio with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room along with a small patio with a skylight.

Externally, the villa has been masterfully plotted to utilize the entire hilltop; several lounging and sitting areas are scattered throughout its extend surrounding not only its refreshing large swimming pool but also several spots of its plot. At the pool area, a dining area with a nearby, fully equipped exterior kitchen will host your starlit dinners. As you get closer to the rim of the cliff and the private beach at the foot of the villa, another furnished terrace surrounded by natural rocks and fragrant indigenous flora will be the place where you will delve into the enchanting aromas and vistas of the villa’s setting. Guests will also enjoy the small rocky coves right next to the private beach, should they wish to isolate.
